How do you define a "page" for translation? Depending on font size and line spacing (1, one-and-a-half, two) the content of a page can be VERY different. All other translation services I know quote their price in words - and in addition adding "words in..." stating the language (for example for English-French - the word count in which langauge is used for calculating the payment); for Khmer<>English it would therefore be appropriate to say "words in English" because word count in Khmer is a difficult problem.
Just my suggestion from experience with different translation services.
